The software is sold 'AS IS', meaning no refunds or exchanges (unless otherwise permitted)
Licenses are per username, meaning they will only work on the username you purchased it for.
You can transfer the license to another account at any time.
You understand that some or all of these features could stop working at any time.

User-Generated Content Policy


As a user of Premium / Pirho (the "Services"),
you are able to create User-Generated Content or "Content"

Some examples of Content are:

- Sending messages to others
- Profile pictures / display names / usernames displayed on your account
- Streaming or sending messages in Live

Using the Services to create Content that is intended to harass other users is disallowed.

If you are reported to be creating / sending Content that is disallowed, action may be taken, including limiting access to features, or removal of the license and a refund issued.
(Your Content is not collected / scanned / reviewed, reports are relied on to take action)
If any action is taken, you will be notified.

If you are found to be a repeat offender, a refund will not be issued.
Repeat offenders are users that have been previously notified that they have violated these Terms.
Please be kind to others and use your best judgment while using the Services.

If you believe that someone is violating these Terms, contact us.

These Terms can be updated at any time, with or without notice.
If you do not agree to the Terms, discontinue using the Services.
